• 100 g Genoa salami, roughly chopped
• 180 g provolone cheese, roughly chopped
• 1/2 finely chopped red onion
• 2 cups finely chopped iceberg lettuce
• 3 tbsp. tablespoons of finely chopped pickled banana peppers
• 4 peperoncini peppers, finely chopped
• 125 ml spicy Sriracha mayo
• 2 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil
• 2 tbsp. tbsp red wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp. tablespoon Italian spices
• Salt and pepper to taste
