Black Bottom Oreo Cupcakes recipe by Ruhana Ebrahim

Ingredients

• 1 cup ordinary sugar
• ½ cup oil
• 1 cup warm water
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 1 tablespoon white vinegar
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 ½ cups flour
• ¼ cup cocoa powder
• ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• 2x 176b box of Oreos
• 2 tubs Lancewood plain cream cheese (softened to room temp.)
• 2 eggs
• 80ml ordinary sugar
• 125g butter (room temp.)
• 3-4 cups icing sugar
• 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 2 tablespoon milk
• Few crushed
