• 1 litre whole milk
• 2 bay leaves
• ¼ onion

• 50g butter
• 50g plain flour
• 14 slices fresh pasta
• 3 balls mozzarella, cut into small cubes
• small handful grated parmesan
• 2 tbsp butter
