• 750 g mince beef
• 2 tbs tomato paste
• 400 g diced tomatoes (canned)
• 100 ml dry red wine
• dried Italian herbs
• salt, pepper
• 15 g butter
• 15 g flour
• 200 ml milk
• nutmeg
• 12 sheets of lasagna
• 150 g grated cheese
