• 2 tablespoons Cheatwoods Honey
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup Not Your Average Joe Coffee
• 6 egg yolks
• 2 1/2 cups Hiland Heavy Cream
• 1 1/2 teaspoon Griffins Vanilla
