Teriyaki Sirloin Nachos - Rachel Tritsch

Ingredients

• tortilla chips
• 6 smaller cuts of sirloin steaks
• 1/2 bottle of teriyaki marinade
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1 tbs garlic, minced
• 1 tsp salt
• 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
• 2 tbs butter
• 2 tbs flour
• 2 cups milk
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• one tomato, diced
• chopped lettuce
• optional toppings: sour cream, jalapeños, salsa
