• 2 1/2 cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth
• 1 large head of Broccoli
• 1 teaspoon dried Oregano
• 2 tablespoons Butter
• 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
• 2 cups Milk
• 2 cups shredded Cheese
• 3 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
• Salt and pepper
• 1 1/2 cups long grain Rice
• 1 teaspoon dried Thyme
