Ingredients

• 2 tablespoon crushed garlic
• 1 tablespoon red chilli paste
• 2 chopped green chilli / 1 teaspoon ground green chilli
• 1 lemon freshly squeezed
• ½ brunch fresh chopped parsley
• ¼ bunch fresh chopped mint
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoon fish spice
• 1 tablespoon jeera powder
• 1 tablespoon sumac
• salt to taste
• 1 ½ chopped onion
• 2 chopped tomatoes
• 1 big sachet tomato paste
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 1 sliced tomato
• ½ sliced lemon
