Classic Zucchini Bread Recipe - Adams Fairacre Farms
A geat use of all the fresh summer zucchini harvest! A not too sweet version of a classic zucchini bread that can be enjoyed right away, or frozen for later.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened applesauce
- 3/4 cup Turbinado sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups Packed shredded zucchini
