Ingredients

• 1 packet shortcrust pastry (fyllo kroustas)
• 700g yellow pumpkin (net weight)
• 500g golden apples (net weight)
• 200g orange juice
• Zest of 2 oranges
• 60g butter
• 200g sugar
• 100g raisins
• 120g walnuts, finely-chopped
• 1½ tsp cinnamon
• 150g coarse semolina
• Olive oil for the pastry sheets
• Powdered sugar for serving
