Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs Wells Farms Ground Beef
• 1/4 cup Dry Breadcrumbs
• 3 T. Chopped Onions
• 1 t. Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 egg
• Salt and Pepper
• 2 T. Butter
• 1 Medium Onion, Chopped
• 2 Carrots, Chopped**
• 2 Stalks Celery, Chopped**
• 1 T. Flour
• 1 cup Cream
• 1 (10 3/4 oz) can Cream of Celery Soup
• 2 T. Chopped Parsley (or Microgreens)
