- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp each cloves and allspice
- zest of 1/2 orange

- 100g unsalted butter at room temperature
- 50g runny honey
- 30ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 150g icing sugar approximately, sifted
