• zest and juice of 1 lemon
• 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp smoked paprika
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 150g diced cooking chorizo
• 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
• a handful of flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped
