Ingredients

• 6 bacon strips, chopped
• 3 medium, yellow onions, chopped
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) white-wine vinegar
• 3/4 cup (175 mL) Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) green onion, sliced
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) green onion, sliced (garnish)
• Cut raw vegetables, cubed bread, or ripple chips
