• 3/4 cup Bookbinder's Chili Sauce , or more to taste
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 teaspoon whole mixed pickling spice
• 3 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
• 1/3 cup cream sherry
