• 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules, dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 13 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
• 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup (12 tablespoons) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
• 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 quart vanilla ice cream (or flavor)
• 1 cup Ganache, cooled until thickened but pourable (optional)
