• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 4 Tbsp Gelson’s 100% California extra virgin olive oil
• 6 oz Monterey Jack, diced into ½” pieces
• 6 oz fresh mozzarella, diced into ½’’ pieces
• 12 oz sliced pepperoni
