• 3 cups mostaccioli
• 1 tsp. salt
• ¼ cup pine nuts
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan
• 1 clove garlic
• 2 cups fresh basil leaves
• 1 cup olive oil
• 1 pound Roma tomatoes
• Salt and pepper to taste Parmesan for garnish
