• 3/4 cup warm milk (approx. 110 degrees)
• 1 tablespoon milk
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• zest of 1 orange
• 1 cup raisins
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons water
• 1 whole egg + 1 egg white
