• 1 pouch 52 g St-Hubert Original or 25% Less Salt Poutine Gravy
• 1 ¾ lbs (785 g) ground pork
• 2 c (500 ml) potatoes, cut into small cubes
• 1 ½ c (375 ml) cheese curds
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 egg
• 1/2 c (125 ml) breadcrumbs
