Ingredients

• 1/3 c (80 ml) St-Hubert Chicken and Rib BBQ Sauce
• 2 slices of dry bread, crumbled
• 2.2 lb (1 kg) your choice ground meat (pork, beef, veal, chicken, etc.)
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) St-Hubert Steak Spice
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
• 1 packet 50 g St-Hubert Ragout Sauce Mix
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) dried oregano
