It doesn't matter if you use 1dl of amaretto or 2. But a real tiramisu needs mascarpone. You cannot argue about that. Ever.

- 10 g Hermesetas Granulated Sweetener
- 500 g mascarpone cheese
- 2 egg whites
- 2 dl strong coffee
- 1 dl amaretto
- 15 lady fingers
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
