Ingredients

• 1 (8 oz) Brie round
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 loaf crusty bread, like sourdough
• Olive oil (to drizzle over bread)
• 1 clove garlic
• 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
• 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
• 2 cups fresh medium diced pineapple
• 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
• 1/3 cup fresh basil, sliced or chopped
• 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
• 1/2 a lemon or lime, juiced
• Pinch of kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
