Old Fashion Apple Cake – Sprinkled With Inspiration

Ingredients

• 1 cup sifted all purpose flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 cup chopped, toasted, pecans
• 2 cups peeled, chopped apples (I would use Gala, or Granny Smith)
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
