Chicken Casserole: An Easy Cheesy Family Favorite

Ingredients

• 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach
• 5 tbs butter
• 3 tbs all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp seasoned salt
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
• 1/2 cup cream (20%, 38%, or a mixture of the two)
• A pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 12-14 oz chicken breasts, cooked and diced (or 2 cups of leftover chicken meat)
• 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
