• 4 bone-in pork loin chops (1/2-inch thick)

• 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, minced or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 2 1/2 s fresh or frozen rhubarb, chopped (1/2-inch pieces)
• 4 slices day-old bread, crusts removed and cubed
• 3/4 brown sugar, packed
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
