Rhubarb Apple Crisp – Oracibo

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups of crisp topping mix (see below)
• 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
• 1/3 cup walnuts, finely chopped or pecans
• 1 ½ lbs. Golden Delicious apples, peeled , cored, cut into 1/2 “ pieces
• ¾ lb. rhubarb, cut into ½” pieces
• 1/2 to 2/3 cup sugar
• 2 tsp. unbleached flour
• ½ tsp. vanilla extract
