Classic Banana Cream Pie Gelson's

Ingredients

• 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
• 3 Tbsp cornstarch
• 4 large egg yolks

• 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
• ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar
• 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
• 3 large bananas
