Hairy Bikers Chilli Con Carne Recipe 🌶️

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 red pepper, deseeded and chopped
• 500g of lean minced beef
• 2 tsp of smoked paprika
• 2 tsp of ground cumin
• 2 tsp of dried oregano
• 1 tsp of salt
• 1/4 tsp of black pepper
• 400g of chopped tomatoes
• 2 tbsp of tomato puree
• 300ml of beef stock
• 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp of dark brown sugar
• 2 bay leaves
• 400g of red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
• 2 fresh red chillies, sliced (optional)
