Tropical Passion Cutlets

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup passion fruit puree (see note)
• 1 cup mango juice (can use orange)
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
• 1 tablespoon coarse ground Gefen Black Pepper
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons ginger, crushed or 6 cubes Gefen Frozen Ginger
• 4 cloves garlic, crushed or 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
• 4 chicken cutlets (about 1 and 1/2 pounds)
