• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2/3 cup Skim milk at room temperature
• 6 ounces Mozzarella cheese sliced
• 2 ounces Provolone cheese sliced
• 8 ounces Italian sausage casing removed
• 1 teaspoon Oregano

• 1 1/4 cups tomatoes Crushed
• 1 ounce Parmesan cheese grated
