I wrote recently about the annual Christmas baking exchange that my sister co-ordinates every year.
Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1 c finely chopped pecans
- 3/4 c rolled oats
- 2/3 c brown sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 beaten egg
- 3 cups of white mini marshmallows
- 2/3 c caramel ice cream topping
- 1 1/3 c chopped pecans
