Harvest apple bread recipe

Ingredients

• This very moist dense flavorful bread is chock full of apples and a favorite of our guests
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup canola oil
• 2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 4 cups apple (peeled, cored and chopped)
• 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
• 1/2 cup raisins
