- 2 pak choi bulbs
- 2 clove garlic
- oyster sauce
- For the chicken
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp of flour
- 1/2 red and 1/2 brown onion
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 red chilli
- 2 tbsp black bean sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine viengar
- sesame seeds to gaarnish, plus some spring onion greens or coriander
