Sunday Night Venison Pizza – Broken Arrow Ranch

Ingredients

• 1 12" prepared pizza crust (such as Boboli)
• 6 oz. package Pizza Sauce
• 2 cups (8 oz.) grated cheese, all one kind or a mixture such as Mozzarella, Provolone, Romano and Parmesan
• 1 link Broken Arrow Ranch Venison Smoked Sausage (about 6-oz)
• 1/2 cup red and yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
• 1/3 cup sliced green olives
• 1 small tomato, cut in small pieces
• 1 tblsp olive oil
• 1 cup thinly sliced onion
• 2 tblsp fresh basil, thinly sliced
