Lemon potatoes - Natlicious food
With this week's recipe I'm going back to basics! These lemon potatoes are an all-time favourite in my house, and it's time to become yours as well!
Ingredients
- 600g potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 lemon
- 60ml olive oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves
