• 397g can condensed milk
• 4 x 284ml bottles stout
• 170g can evaporated milk
• 1 cinnamon stick, halved a little grated nutmeg
• 6 whole cloves (or 1 ⁄4 tsp ground)
• 2 tsp vanilla essence
• few drops almond essence, to taste
• 6 tbsp rum, or to taste
