Ingredients

• 1 lbs Tuna, 1 to 1.5 inch thick tuna steaks
• 2 tbsp Olive Oil
• 2 tbsp Black Pepper
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 Garlic, clove, grated
• 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
• 1 tsp Oregano
• 1 tbsp Mustard
• 1.5 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
• 1/4 tsp Chili Flakes
• 3 tbsp Capers
• 1/2 Cup Olives, pitted, nicoise olives
• 3-4 Egg(s), hard boiled, peeled and sliced in half
• 1 Cucumber, english cucumber, sliced
• 2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, or tear drop tomatoes, halved
• 1/2 Bunch Green Onion, 4-5 scallions, chopped white and green
• 4 tbsp Parsley, fresh parsley leaves, chopped
• 1 Bunch Radish, sliced lengthwise
• Spring Greens Mix, or Romaine or Arugula
