- Homemade Pie Crust (my recipe makes 2 crusts; you can halve the crust recipe or freeze the 2nd half)
- 2 1/2 cups coarsely chopped Diamond of California pecans (a very rough chop!)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
