This is a fabulous fondue, great for dipping strawberries, Ladyfingers, Peaches, Pears or even cubes of heavy poundcake. You choose!
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
- 1 tablespoon water, boiling hot
- 17 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons sweet marsala wine
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 3 large egg yolks, at room temperature
- bittersweet chocolate, finely chopping, for serving or garnish
