• 1/2 cup Cold Water
• 2 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
• 1 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
• 1/2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
• 1 lb Schweid & Sons ground beef
• 1 large Russet Potato (peeled & cut into 1/2" cubes)
• 2 Carrots (peeled & cut into 1/2" cubes)
• 2 medium Yellow Onions (diced)
• 2 tbsp Butter
• 1 cup Bella Mushrooms (sliced)
• 1/2 cup Sherry
• 1/2 cup White Wine
• 1 tsp Dried Thyme
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 1/2 cup Beef Stock
• 1/3 cup Flour
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/2 cup Frozen Peas
• 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
• Pepper (to taste)
