• 3/4 oz raisins
• 1 tbsp dark rum (see note )
• 1 cinnamon stick (about 3 inches long)
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 tbsp baking powder
• 1/4 cup almonds (blanched, grounded )
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 pinch cinnamon
• caster sugar , for dusting
