• 1 kg Cauliflower
• 1 tsp Chilly powder
• 1/2 cup Bengal gram powder
• Salt (As reqd)
• 2 tbsp Corn flower powder
• 1 tsp Rice flour (if available)
• 2- 3 nos Onions (big)
• 1 no Green capsicum
• 1 no Red capsicum
• Spring onions (A bunch)
• 5 to Green chillies (finely sliced)
• 4 to Garlic pods (finely sliced)
• 4 tbsp Soya sauce
• Ajino moto (A pinch)
• White pepper (As reqd)
