• 1 tbsp Chilli oil (if available)
• 4 tbsp Allpurpose flour (Maida)
• 4 tbsp Cornflour
• Vegatable oil for frying
• Ajinomoto(optional)
• 1/2 cup Chicken stock
• Salt (As reqd)
• Turmeric powder (A pinch)
• Spring onions for garnishing
• Celery for garnishing
