Brunswick Stew

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup butter (1/2 a stick)
• 1 sweet onion chopped
• 5 cloves garlic diced
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1/3 cup ketchup
• 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
• 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
• 1 lb honey ham cut into bite-sized pieces
• 1 (15 ounce) can butter beans drained
• 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
• 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
• 4-5 small yukon gold potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces
• 1/4 teaspoon Dry mustard
• 1/4 cup bread crumbs
