• 1 Onion medium, sliced
• 1 can Mushrooms
• 1 clove garlic
• 2 Beef bouillon cube
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt
• 1 cup Hot water
• 2 tablespoons Ketchup
• 1 teaspoon Mustard
• 2 tablespoons Flour
• 1/4 cup Cold water
• 1 cup Sour cream
