Tuna Salad in Roma Tomato Boats

Ingredients

• 4 Roma Tomatoes halved with the seeds taken out
• 1 5oz. can White Albacore Tuna drained and flaked
• 4 Tablespoons Mayonaise
• 1/4 cup Pepperjack Cheese finely diced
• 1 stalk Celery finely chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon Minced Onion
• 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon Dried Rosemary ground
• 1 teaspoon Sweet Relish
• pinch Garlic Powder
• Salt and Pepper to taste
