Ingredients: 1 chicken cut cleaned and washed..; ½ tablespoon @purespice_sa; Red ginger garlic; 2 teaspoons @purespice_sa; Ginger garlic; 1 teaspoon salt-or to taste; 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice; 2 tablespoons Vinegar; 1 garlic clove freshly minced; 1 teaspoon Cajun spice; 1 teaspoon Lemon pepper; 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo; 2 teaspoons Crushed red chillies ,; 1 Red pepper; 1 tub Sour cream; Few strands Saffron; Add to the chicken and allow to simmer for few minutes. Garnish with dhania (coriander).

1 tub Sour cream
Few strands Saffron
Add to the chicken and allow to simmer for few minutes. Garnish with dhania (coriander).
