• OR Fleischmann’s ® RapidRise ® Instant Yeast
• 1 teaspoon poppy seed
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 2/3 cup very warm water (120° to 130°F)*
• 1 tablespoon oil
• Topping #
• 8 ounces beef hot dogs
• 1-1/2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
• 1/2 cup Chicago-style pickle relish***
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup diced onion
• 1/3 cup chopped dill pickles
• 6 to minced sport peppers
• 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
• 1 tomato, sliced into wedges
