Ingredients

• 1 to 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup cake flour
• 1 (2-1/4 tsp.) envelope Fleischmann's ® Pizza Crust Yeast
• OR Fleischmann’s ® RapidRise ® Instant Yeast
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cup very warm water (120° to 130°F)*
• Cornmeal
• 1/4 cup pizza sauce
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
• 6 ounces (1-1/2 cups ) shredded mild cheddar cheese
• 8 ounces hot dogs, thinly sliced
• 3 to 4 tablespoons chopped onion
• 3 to 4 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
